Our Ongoing Projects in Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh

STEMS Welfare Association has been formed with a view mainly (apart from other social service activities) to provide housing to its members on Cooperative principles i.e. “No Profit- No Loss” basis. The members are basically among the employees of Public /Private sectors, Insurance, State /Central government organizations situated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The facilities are also extended to the relatives /friends those who reside across the world at present. Our Association is creating a peaceful living atmosphere with “Likeminded people” with a motto “Live together- Grow together”.To achieve highest standards of safety and quality in housing by providing the State –of-the –art infrastructure of total member satisfaction contributing to the economic growth and prosperity of the member”.To be a model Society in providing the best services in housing and making “STEMS Welfare Association “ as one of the major contributor in such activities by 2015
